Full disclosure: This post was sponsored by adidas, but all opinions are my own.

As you guys know I’m a huge sneaker junkie and I love a good pair of comfy kicks. In researching which shoes to get, the adidas Ultraboosts came up a lot. I’ve heard they are super comfy and perfect for an everyday pair or for workouts — so I had to try them out for myself.

I partnered up with adidas and decided to try the Ultraboost 20 in cloud white with a blue metallic tint. I chose this particular color-way because I thought it would fit naturally with my neutral wardrobe. The blue accent was a nice touch to mix things up but it was still true to my native style.

Luckily I had this oversized crew from Uncle Studios that matched the color perfectly. I love how the design of the shoe fades from this lighter blue into a more neutral white & grayish tint. I paired these shoes with a neutral tote and plain shorts for a contemporary, casual look at the beach. Despite the hot weather, it was actually still super windy at the beach, plus I run cold easily (but I did wear a white tank under just in case).

And honestly I wore these shoes for about 6 hours straight including biking along the boardwalk for a full hour, walking around the hills of the Santa Monica Pier, and busting a mission to the Promenade on Third for ice cream. I honestly was surprised that my feet were not hurting at all. My legs were a little sore from the biking, but my feet actually felt fine, which given the fact the UBs have ultra padding it makes a lot of sense.

I also love that these shoes are made with a Primeblue fabric, a performance fabric made entirely from recycled plastic material. They are made of at least 75% Parley Ocean Plastic, which is a sustainable alternative made from marine plastic waste collected from beaches and coastal regions. There’s more info on this shoe and others on the adidas blog, which can help you narrow down which pair is best for you.

I’d honestly recommend these sneakers as a nice pair for everyday walking. It feels like you’re walking on little clouds and are such a nice staple pair to add to my collection. I’d have to say at this point they’re actually the comfiest kicks I own and I love wearing them for my morning walks and for daily errands.
