What I Wore: Summer Whites
Thrifted dress, originally from Nasty Gal (similar one here)
Recently went to Joshua Tree last month with my boyfriend for a little getaway. I felt like we’re all going a little stir crazy these days so we wanted to escape for the weekend and experience glamping. For the trip, I had a couple of summer looks and stuck mostly to a neutral color palette, so I wanted to share my outfits below.
Heart Made of Gold necklace and chunky hoops, feel free to use my code SARA15 for 15% off
This is honestly my favorite slip dress. I found it at a thrift store, it’s originally from Nasty Gal. It’s such a cute simple slip and I love the necklace. I paired it with a personalized “s” necklace which has been one of my everyday pieces lately (gifted from the brand FYI).
Museum of Peace & Quiet dad hat (sold out, here is a similar one), ASOS bikini bottom and top (currently sold out, here is a similar top and bottom)
There was a mini pool so I brought this swimsuit from ASOS. I’ve had this bathing suit for a long time, and one of the reasons I keep re-wearing it is because it’s so comfortable and flattering. I love the high-waisted fit.
Museum of Peace and Quiet longsleeve (sold out, here is a similar version), Skims bottom (exact), Reebok sneakers (exact)
This is what I wore for most of the trip. Although a longsleeve might be a little impractical in the desert in the summer (it was definitely hot lol), it was actually nice when it got closer to sunset. I paired it with this dad hat I’ve been obsessed with lately, some chunky sneakers, and a rib cotton boxer.
Orseund Iris tote
Honestly was such a cute little trip and a nice excuse to get away. Details for booking will be available in my next post.
Can’t wait to go back!
love,
s.
